That's a good point, and maybe one that I don't bring up often enough. The training program that's occasionally mentioned on this blog incorporates that, as well as some other techniques for attracting people to your business.

The funded proposal is definitely a key component of an overall business strategy.

What I still see is that they're not using a funded proposal to do it.
