Don't Be Left Saying "If Only…"
Today's the day.

Real Examples on Buying And Selling Web Sites
If you've been keeping up with this series on buying and selling web sites, you've seen what a great opportunity there is and how much fun it can be!
It's like a complete underground business model! But that means there is time for people who get in early to take maximum advantage. Just like with anything else on the internet, it's easier to do in the early days than it is when "everyone" knows about it.
Just like getting a web site to rank well even just a few years ago. It used to be a piece of cake. Today, it can still be done, but you really have to know what you are doing. I think buying and selling web sites is in the same place right now.
So are "real" people doing this? Or is it just people who have been doing this for a long time who can make it work?

Selling! (For Those Who Hate Selling)
Selling just isn't natural.
If it were, then most of us would feel pretty comfortable with the idea, right? Maybe the negative connotations come from the idea that there has to be a "winner" and a "loser" in a transaction.
Whatever the reason, people just don't like doing it, and it keeps people from make a lot of money. But what if you could sell something without actually going through the motions of selling?

You Knew It Was Coming… Bonus Time!

they have already sold.

you do serious deals in your bathrobe, at a hotel on the beach,
at midnight, with Hendrix playing Woodstock on your iPod,
with your family sleeping in the room below after a big day at
the pool….
It's pretty darn cool!

P.S. Please don't get all excited and start buying sites even
though it seems there are incredible deals everywhere (there
are) - Unfortunately there are a lot of scams as well.
Dominiche is about making sure you do lots of great deals
and DON'T get caught by some ripoff merchant.

You are probably as sick as I am of overhyped marketing reports that really don't give you much in the way of new information. And even the good ones tend to distill the information into a few nuggets (action items) that you are supposed to walk away and do something with.
What you miss in nearly all of those is the thinking behind why they recommend a certain way of doing things. It's the thinking process that will do us the most good, but it can be pretty hard to get between someone else's ears. It's bad enough keeping the stuff going on between my own ears straight.

- Buy a site that makes $20,000 a year for only

- Buy sites for "No Money Down" just like you can do in
real estate!
It becomes so easy to buy sites – you’ll just buy them for the
sake of buying them.
(If you want to know how this can happen, just ask my wife
about my guitar collection!!!)
The problem is - people don't know what to do with them once
they’ve bought them, and that is a recipe for disaster.

Well, maybe not.

Can You Say "FIGJAM"… And Mean It?
FIGJAM. This is a fun little acronym that I must admit didn't make sense when I first saw it in context. The next time I saw it, Ed Dale was explaining what the letters meant and I just started laughing.
