MLM Lead Generation The Right Way

One of the most challenging aspects of network marketing is finding the right kind of people for your business. The "right" kind of person would be someone who is searching for your product or wants the lifestyle a network marketing business can offer.

Unfortunately, people spend a lot of money on buying multi-level marketing (MLM) leads only to be disappointed with the results they get when they finally try to contact them. The only group that makes any money out of this are the lead generation companies.

Instead of pouring time and money into lists of leads, learn how to attract serously interested people to your business.

It seems pretty funny to me that these lists of supposed prospects are called "leads", because the only thing I have ever seen these lists "lead" to is rejection and frustration. Personally I have spent many hundreds of dollars on these kinds of lists. I did manage to find some product users, but never did find people who wanted to do the work necessary to build their business.

And I'm actually pretty good on the phone. I was told that several times by people who were not interested in what I was offering, but enjoyed talking with me anyway. I actually made a few friends this way. ;)

So with the realization that I could not make leads lists "work", and that I'm actually pretty good on the phone, how could I really ask someone else to do the same thing I was? I found that most people are not comfortable making cold calls, and even if they get over that part of it, they sound like they're speaking from a script.

Now if I really couldn't ask people to work with lists, and I'm not a big fan of working the "warm market", how do you grow your business?

The internet, of course!

The key to getting a "real" [tag-tec]mlm lead[/tag-tec] is to position yourself in such a way that people will want to work with you. This goes back to the concept of branding. Using web sites, especially blogs, you can begin showing people who you are. Some have called this "teaching the machine" because the more of "you" you put online, the more search terms will come up with the results of "you".

Let's say that one of your passions outside of network marketing is hydroponic petunia gardening. As you write about your hobby, mixed in with the [tag-tec]mlm training[/tag-tec] you provide, people that also have an interest in hydroponic petunia gardening will find your web site in the search engine listings (like Google).

As they see how your [tag-tec]mlm business[/tag-tec] helps you spend more time on your petunia passion, they can also see that for themselves.

The other piece is to show that you have a training program that not only shows how to build a business, but to have fun with it at the same time.

You can get this kind of training by clicking on this link and signing up for the free course by email. I don't now much longer it will be offered, but right now you will actually get seven days of the paid version of the system for nothing!
